Winter vegetable

We planted winter vegetables in our garden yesterday. Our summer crops didn’t produce as much as we expected. We figured that we didn’t work the soil well enough before we planted the summer crops and we didn’t fertilize the soil either. So, we mixed in Dr. Earth (organic fertilizer) to the soil this time. And, Masa spent a good hour working and turning the soil. We are very aggressive this time. We planted many different types of vegetables: cabbage, daikon radish, napa cabbage, Bok Choy, Chinese broccoli, broccoli, spinach, mix salad greens, and cauliflower. We hope our vegetable garden will be more successful this time.
