During this trip home, we went to our all-time-favorite “turkey over rice” place in Chiayi, my father’s hometown. The restaurant is always super busy. We also like their side dishes: stewed tofu, sliced steamed chicken, stewed bamboo shoots. Just thinking about it makes me hungry already.
