Cooking at home - Pumpkin Cheesecake

I baked this pumpkin cheesecake for our Thanksgiving party. It turned out great. I followed Paula Deen’s Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe. This was my first time baking a cake. I was very pleased with the result.
I ran out of time, so I purchased pre-made graham cracker crust from Wholefood, instead of making the crust from the scratch. And, I used 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spices from Trader Joe’s, instead of the three different kinds of spices used on the recipe. Also, I cut the sugar amount to about 1 cup because I like less sweet cakes.
